DELIVERY
PICK UP YOUR ORDER
In addition to delivery directly to your home, you have the option of having your dream items delivered to our WOC warehouse. Pay conveniently online, select the option "Pick Up" to collect items offline.
YOU WILL NEED THAT AT PICK-UP
You need a valid ID (ID card, passport, or driver's license) and an order invoice to collect your order from the warehouse. You (the customer) must collect the goods personally, a power of attorney will not be accepted.

PICK UP YOUR ORDER
In addition to delivery directly to your home, you have the option of having your dream bike delivered to one of our branches. Pay conveniently online, select the option "Delivery to a Fahrrad XXL branch" and choose the store of your choice for delivery.

SHIPPING TO YOUR HOME

Free shipping is possible at any time for special offers and promotions.
Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Europe (isolated deliveries are excluded). Please note that we do not send the parcels to packing stations or post offices due to the size of the parcels. The forwarding company delivers free to the curb.You will receive your goods within Europe currently within approx. 5-7 working days after we have received the order.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER WORK?
Delivery delays may currently occur due to increased demand. We thank you for your understanding.
We pack all orders up to 5 p.m. on the same day. Our forwarding agent picks up the orders the next working day. The delivery time is currently approx. 5-7 working days. All times refer to working days. Weekends and public holidays extend the delivery accordingly.
Please note that with the payment methods: credit card, instant transfer, and Giropay, the delivery time can be extended depending on the duration of your transfer.

For deliveries to Switzerland/Norway/Liechtenstein/Iceland, we recommend that you fill out full information on the order page to let us take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep.
Please note that there will be surcharges if your order is larger or heavier than a standard package!
Please note that shipments over 30kg or> 400cm girth (e.g. most of our bicycle models) will only be accepted after prior agreement with an oversize surcharge for shipping costs. If you are planning such an order, please contact us first.
